This is a 12-month membership for spouses or significant others over the age of 18 living in the same household with the same mailing address.
Salt Air Striders (SAS) participates in local events/races varying from 3.1 miles to marathons distances and beyond. Most of our routes are on the roads, however we also venture onto local Cape Cod trails. Members join SAS for the rigor and structure of our group training program. But the real benefit is building community, where all ages and skill levels are welcome.
