Salt Air Striders promotes local races and adjusts its training schedule to help members optimize performance at these events.
Members are welcome to choose races and events they would prefer to participate in, without pressure to compete with the Club.
Wednesday Night free group 4 mile run OR 2.5 mile walk
is open to the public and is organized by the Salt Air Striders (SAS) Running Club. Starting and finishing at Dennis Town Hall parking area.
The Salt Air Striders - Mid-Cape Chapter is hosting free group run/walks at 7:00 pm each Wednesday night and will be meeting in the parking area on the route 134 side of Dennis Town Hall looking towards the Agway store. Walk distance is 2.5 mile and the run is scheduled for 4.5/5 miles. Please register on Facebook or the Heylo App at https://heylo.com/invite/rudLbaNb

Starting and finishing at Dennis Port’s Village Green, the scenic course cruises along the coastline on Old Wharf Road for a fast, flat, and unforgettable race. Plan to stick around after this year's finish—big plans are in the works! 😉

This day will feature a 5-mile run, a 3-mile walk and the children’s fun run. The Fun run for the kids will begin at 9am before the main event offering parents the opportunity to watch their children enjoy race day festivities
