Benefits of Membership
Becoming a member of Salt Air Striders provides a range of benefits designed to enhance your running experience and foster a supportive community. Members enjoy access to professionally coached workouts during the season, as well as year-round for those who desire ongoing guidance. Personalized training plans are available upon request, including specialized marathon plans to meet individual goals.
New members are welcomed with a Salt Air Striders singlet, t-shirt, and/or bathing suit helping them feel part of the community from the start. Each week, members receive a detailed track workout schedule by email, ensuring everyone stays informed and motivated.
The club also encourages volunteering, offering opportunities to give back to the community together. Members benefit from timed and organized club training runs, which provide structure and help improve performance. Most importantly, the camaraderie of training and running as a group allows everyone to learn from one another’s experiences and build lasting friendships.
